Advertiser Onboarding & Campaign Management
How do I get started as an advertiser on AdByteHub?
Start by submitting an application through our Advertisers page. Our onboarding team reviews your business details, offer, and target geographies, then schedules a kickoff call to align on campaign goals, tracking setup, and budget. Most advertisers go live within 2–3 business days of approval.
What campaign models do you support (CPA, CPL, CPC, CPI)?
AdByteHub supports Cost-Per-Action (CPA), Cost-Per-Lead (CPL), Cost-Per-Click (CPC), and Cost-Per-Install (CPI) models. Your account manager will help you select the pricing model that best matches your funnel and conversion goals, and can recommend hybrid or tiered payout structures for scaling campaigns.
How quickly can my campaign go live after approval?
Once your tracking is verified and creatives are approved, most campaigns go live within 24–48 hours. Complex integrations involving custom postback logic or multiple funnel steps may take slightly longer to ensure accurate attribution before traffic is routed.
Publisher Monetization & Payouts
How do I join the publisher network and what traffic sources are accepted?
Apply through our Publishers page with details about your traffic sources (SEO, paid social, email, push, native, influencer, or owned apps/websites). We review traffic quality and compliance history before approval. We accept most legitimate digital traffic sources, provided they meet our anti-fraud and quality standards.
What are the payout terms and available payment methods?
Payouts are processed on Net-7 or Net-15 terms depending on your account tier, via Bank Transfer, UPI, or PayPal. Enterprise publishers can request Wire Transfer for larger volumes. Your dedicated publisher manager can help you set up the payment method that works best for your business.
Is there a minimum payout threshold?
Yes, the standard minimum payout threshold is ₹1,000 (or the local currency equivalent). Balances below this threshold roll over automatically to the next payout cycle — there is no cap on how long earnings can accumulate before withdrawal.
Tracking, Postbacks & API Integration
How do I set up server-to-server (S2S) postback tracking?
Server-to-server postbacks let our platform notify your tracker directly when a conversion occurs, without relying on browser cookies. In your AdByteHub dashboard, generate a unique postback URL with the required macros (click ID, payout, currency, status), then paste it into your tracker's global postback settings. Our Guides & Tutorials hub includes a full step-by-step walkthrough.
Do you support integration with third-party tracking platforms (Voluum, Binom, etc.)?
Yes. AdByteHub is tracker-agnostic and supports integration with all major tracking platforms including Voluum, Binom, RedTrack, and custom in-house trackers, via standard S2S postbacks and dynamic tracking parameters.
Account Security & Compliance
What security measures protect my account and payment data?
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) across the platform, role-based access controls on internal systems, and never store full payment credentials in plain text. We strongly recommend enabling unique, strong passwords and notifying us immediately of any suspicious account activity.
What happens if fraudulent traffic or leads are detected?
Our automated fraud detection systems flag suspicious patterns (bot traffic, duplicate leads, cookie stuffing, incentivized clicks) in real time. Flagged conversions are excluded from payouts pending review. Confirmed violations of our Anti-Fraud Policy may result in forfeiture of pending earnings and account suspension, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
